1. Introduction

1.1 Platform Overview

This platform is an online marketplace that connects:

  • Brands seeking marketing content
  • Content Creators producing user-generated content (UGC)

The platform facilitates collaboration between brands and creators for the production of marketing materials including videos and images.

Both brands and creators are collectively referred to as “Users.”

By accessing or using the platform, users agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1.2 Platform Role

The platform acts only as a facilitator connecting brands and creators. The platform does not participate in or guarantee agreements, payments, or performance between users.

1.3 Agency Use

Brands acting on behalf of clients (such as marketing agencies) may share campaign content with their clients.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms
  • Agree to comply with them
  • Agree to all future updates

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform.

3. Changes to Terms and Platform

The platform reserves the right to:

  • Update or modify these Terms at any time
  • Add, modify, or remove platform features
  • Suspend or terminate access to the platform

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Platform Access and Payment Model

The platform operates using two different access systems: subscriptions for creators and points for brands.

5. Creator Subscription Plans

5.1 Free Creator Accounts

Creators may create an account and explore the platform for free. Free accounts can browse campaigns, view brand profiles, and view public creator portfolios, but cannot apply to campaigns, chat, or participate in collaborations.

5.2 Creator Paid Plans

Creators must subscribe to a paid plan to access full platform functionality. The Creator Plan allows applying to campaigns and communicating with brands. The VIP Plan includes priority visibility in listings and search results.

5.3 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are monthly. Access remains active only while the subscription is valid. The platform reserves the right to change pricing.

6. Brand Accounts and Points System

6.1 Free Brand Accounts

Brands may explore creator portfolios and profiles for free, but cannot create campaigns or initiate chats without points.

6.2 Points-Based Access

Brands must purchase point packages to create campaigns and interact with creators. Each campaign consumes a fixed number of points automatically upon publication.

7. Creator Portfolio Moderation

All portfolio content must undergo administrative review before becoming publicly visible. Content may be rejected if it violates platform policies, contains inappropriate material, or infringes intellectual property rights.

8. Campaign Workflow

  1. Creator uploads portfolio, Admin reviews and approves.
  2. Brand creates a campaign with points.
  3. Creators submit applications with proposed compensation.
  4. Brand selects a creator, Private chat is automatically opened.
  5. Parties finalize details and complete the work.

9. Content Delivery Process

Upon completion, the creator uploads the final content. The brand receives a preview version (watermarked/low res), while the original high-quality file is held by the platform until payment is confirmed.

10. Payment Between Users

Payments between brands and creators occur outside the platform. The platform does not process or hold payments, users are responsible for direct arrangements.

11. Payment Confirmation and Content Release

After receiving payment, the creator must confirm it on the platform. Once confirmed, the platform automatically releases the original high-resolution content to the brand.

12. Reporting and Dispute Handling

Disputes can be reported through the platform with supporting evidence and proof of payment. This covers non-payment, delivery disputes, or misconduct.

14. Forced Content Release

If a brand provides valid proof that payment was completed, administrators may force the release of the original content to the brand to protect against fraudulent non-confirmation by a creator.

19. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for disputes between users, financial losses, or external payment failures. Users interact with each other at their own risk.
